How to : Create Social Media posts with your Custom Branding

Advisr has a growing social media toolkit that gives you so many ways to fill your LinkedIn and Facebook feeds with positive, engaging content. Engaging on social media can be daunting but the Advisr toolkit makes it easy. Through the toolkit you can share the awards and certifications you or your team have earned, celebrate a team member by sharing their profile or share reviews that you've received on both Advisr and Google.

Why create on-brand Social Posts?

We all love good news, and social media is a great platform for sharing the great things that are happening in your business. Sharing a review gives potential customers a story of success that they can imagine as their own success working with you. Sharing a certification shows how your team is always improving. Sharing an award is social proof to influence an undecided customer that your business can help them. Sharing a team member is a great morale booster for your team.

It's one thing to share this good news, and another to share it on branded templates that continually associate this good news with your brand or business. That's why we have built the ability for you to upload your own templates for all your social sharing, as an extra value-add over the standard templates available already in Advisr.

Now you, and your team, can share your awards, certifications and reviews on your own branded templates. Help your team to stay on brand and catch attention by customising your background. Your custom review, award or team image is created and shared to LinkedIn or Facebook in a single click! Social media has never been so quick, easy and brand-centric.

Did you know?

  • Brokerages on Advisr are able to share the reviews, awards and certifications of their team members, giving them recognition publicly for a job well done. What a morale boost! Follow the steps above, selecting the reviews, awards and certifications that belong to your team members. Don't forget to tag them so that they see it! Just a note - tags need to be done natively in LinkedIn and Facebook as their integration does not allow it to be done externally. Simply find the post once it's live and edit it to add a tag.
  • If your brokers have not added their awards and certifications, you can do that for them! Here's how to edit your team member profiles.
  • Have you connected your Google reviews? It takes less than a minute to integrate Google Reviews onto Advisr, instantly adding reviews to your brokerage profile. Don't wait for people to find your Google Reviews, be sure to proactively share them on your social networks!

I have some questions!

I can't add my custom template. Why?
Uploading custom templates is possible for featured members only. Featured members are also prioritised on all of our pages and searches, resulting in maximum views and the greatest share of phone calls and messages, featured members also have no ads shown on their profile. Here's how to become a featured member.

I can't see the text on my template. Why?
Text on all of our sharing features is shown in white. To be able to read your reviews, awards and more make sure that you use a background with minimum white and also make sure that it is not too "busy" but is plain enough to be able to read the text clearly. Why not experiment with adding quotation marks or other visual features toward the border of your image. Be sure to add your logo somewhere you will be able to see it clearly too.

Can my team member use our branded template?
Branded templates are available to featured members. Any of your team members who are featured will be able to use a branded template that you provide them with. Be sure to share your templates with your team members so they can upload it too. If your team members are not featured on Advisr you can still share their reviews, awards and team profiles if you are logged in to a featured business account. Business accounts have oversight over team members to edit and update team information and share their reviews, awards and profiles.

I can only see a connect button, not a share button. Why?
You are yet to connect your Advisr profile to your LinkedIn or Facebook profile. Click on the button to start the authentication process. Be sure to use the email address linked to your LinkedIn or Facebook account and to accept all the terms and conditions.

Can I share my Google Reviews direct to LinkedIn or Facebook via Advisr?
Yes! Once you have connected your Google Reviews to Advisr our integration allows you to share those reviews to LinkedIn and Facebook the same way your native Advisr reviews are able to be shared.

How do I tag my business or team member in my post?
Due to limitations set by LinkedIn and Facebook tags can't be created in Advisr. These need to be done after the fact directly in either LinkedIn or Facebook. Simply find the post once it's live and edit it to add a tag.

Can I share my team member profiles in my brand colours?
You can now share your team member profiles with backgrounds such as "You're the best!", "Meet a Broker", "Happy Birthday" and "Welcome". At this time these backgrounds come in blue only. If you want to see them in the colourways, be sure to let us know and we'll prioritise it in our product pipeline. You can reach us at support@advisr.com.au
