Rhys joined the insurance industry in 2000 as an Assistant Broker and progressed through a number of senior roles culminating in being appointed Director of Ausure Consolidated Brokers. Rhys manages the insurance programs for a broad scope of industries whilst specializing in Engineering, Manufacturing, Transport, Earthmoving, Mining and Trades. In 2014 Rhys took out the National Young Achiever of the Year award, a prestigious prize nominated to excellence in the industry for brokers 35 and under.
