Review rating 0 reviews
Donyale Fransen is a community Account Manager with a combined 17 years of experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Motivated to achieve the absolute best outcomes for clients in all circumstances, Donnie applies her years of experience in combination with her formal qualifications to research for insurance solutions that are best suited to the needs of her clients.

Bill Owen Insurance Brokers is a local firm specialising in the sourcing of insurance solutions for individuals, families and businesses across all sectors. Donnie's success stems from her belief that the needs of each and every client are different and must be treated accordingly.

To be able to assist her clients and be confident that they are getting the best policy for their needs, Donnie works hard to remain conversant in all of the products offered by her partner underwriters. In this way, Donnie can expertly tailor insurance packages that protect the things that are most important to her clients whether that be their home, vehicle, boat, strata or business.

Donnie has a Diploma in Insurance Broking, is a National Insurance Brokers College Associate, and a proud Member of the Cairns Business Women's Club. She has recently participated in and completed one of Australia's largest insurance company's Young Leadership Programs covering Leadership, Business Acumen and Sales and Relationship Management.
Passionate about giving back to her local community, Donnie partnered with a friend in 2008 to form ‘Pretty in Pink'; a group committed to raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Association. With big goals in mind, Donnie and her friend approached local businesses for support and held two race days and gala lunches which were attended by over 120 people. Through their commitment and hard work, the pair raised almost $40,000 over a three year period.
