A dynamic business owner and leader, Matthew has been working in insurance since he was 16. He started in business at 27 and over 15 years he has taken his family broking business from start-up to $15mil in annual revenue and actively mentors other business owners.

He was appointed as the Managing Director of Oracle Group on the 1st of February 2019 but Matthew still loves "being a broker" for his clients and has taken a major position in looking after the insurance requirements of the Craft Brewing industry.

Having worked for both insurers and brokers over his 30-year career, Matthew has sat on the boards of industry leadership groups, such as Steadfast and is focused on growing Oracle Group into a community by being a major force in the Australian insurance industry.
