Karen holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Broking), and joined the Trans-West team in 1999. She has been involved in the insurance industry since 1991 and became a part of the broking industry in 1995. Karen's extensive portfolio includes clients whose business activities include construction, manufacturing, fresh food and printing.
