Joe commenced his broking career in 1972 in His home town of Mildura trading as Joe Agostino and associates Pty Ltd , this was later changed to Agostino - Pearson Pty Ltd. This company operated successfully for 20 years and was respected by clients and insurers as a pioneer in the owner operator broking business. In 1991 Joe moved to Ballarat and since that time, he has been servicing his clients thoughout Victoria as a their insurance partner in various businesses. In 2018, in partnership with Butler Chartered Accounts, Joe formed AB insurance solutions with offices in Melbourne and Ballarat.
