I've been working in the industry for around a decade and mainly deal with the insurance needs of SMEs, particularly clubs (golf, bowls, RSL etc) as well as hotels. What excites me most about my job is that every day is different, dealing with a variety of clients and occupations means that almost every day poses a different challenge.
