Whilst maintaining our historical agenda, Capital Innovation Insurance Group has continued to strongly pursue opportunities for growth - customers, capability, expertise and efficiency. By doing so we are confident that we are able to continue to build our brand and our offering.   Our strategy, structure and people capability has been enhanced to reflect the group's increased scale, geographic spread, diversity and to best position the group to achieve our aspirations and targets going forward. Consequently our equity in Capital Innovation Insurance Group Insurance Solutions Tasmania and Capital Innovation Australia has been consolidated on a holistic group basis. Our historical brands have adopted a holistic group approach in all aspects of our deliverables, service and engagement. Our Launceston office remains our head office location, with offices, capability and representation in Hobart, Smithton, Melbourne and Brisbane.   Our Group Executive and Leadership Team of Ian Goninon - Chairman / Director, Leigh Stalker - General Manager / Director, Dane Goninon - Director, Rodney Chivers - Director and Steven Hill - Director, draws on a wealth of insurance and management experience gained in various insurance, management and executive roles throughout Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland which is complimented by various insurance and academic qualifications. Our Group employs over 35 staff.   In a dynamic and complex market our group accepts that it is critical that we understand our customers business, plans, concerns, emerging risks and exposures to ensure they have access to appropriate advice and products tailored to suit their individual needs.
