In 2012 she completed her Tier 2 General Insurance Broking qualification and in August 2014 completed her Tier 1 General Insurance Broking qualification which saw her progress to the position of Account Manager. Her services include enquiries, new policies, renewals, endorsements, lapses, cancellations and claims handling.
