Kirsty Macleod is a highly skilled insurance professional, with more than a decade of experience working across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. For Kirsty, insurance is in her blood, and she comes from a long line of insurance professionals.
After completing a Bachelor of Business (Marketing & Management) at Griffith University, Kirsty was selected as one of just six graduates nationally to work for an international insurance brokerage in Sydney.
Over the past decade, she has quickly worked her way up through the ranks with a varied career that has included experience across every side of the insurance industry, including in broking, underwriting, claims, business development and regional manager roles.
She has an intimate understanding of all aspects of the industry, and this mix of experience gives her a professional edge, allowing her to offer clients a more well-rounded service.
Kirsty also holds a Certificate in Executive Management & Development from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and credit points toward an online Master of Business Administration (MBA) from AGSM. Being hand-picked to participate in this intensive 12-month program equipped her with the executive skills to excel in a Senior Leadership position and provided her with the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally and make a difference to her organisation and the wider insurance community.
