Josh grew up in Wingham NSW on 4000 acre beef cattle property, he started with Ausure as a trainee when he was 19 in Newcastle NSW. After approximately 12 months he relocated to Ausure Tamworth to assist in the management of Farm Insurance book for 2 years. Since then, Josh has opened up own branch with Ausure in Taree NSW (10 min from Wingham) which he built and sold after 4.5 years to travel. He travelled to Texas USA training cutting horses and upon returning started work at the Australian Outback Spectacular on the Gold Coast as a horse trainer and performer. Josh was then offered a job opportunity in Scone to manage Ausure Insurance Solutions, with his major focus being rural insurance, horse stud and bloodstock insurance.
