Provides support in all aspects of client service with timely and accurate production/processing of:
o invoices and related policy accounting documentation;
o quotation and placing slips;
o premium and adjustment calculations;
o information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings;
o formulate renewal reports and insurance manuals;
o certificates of currency;
o up to date computer system records;
o current and outstanding documentation follow ups;
o all other documentation.
