Due to continued growth we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to join our friendly team.

The Role:
You will be an integral part of our Account Management Team. Your day to day activities will involve managing your own portfolio - renewals, endorsements, quotations, dealing with clients ensuring they are adequately covered, identifying cross sell and up sell opportunities as well as identifying referral opportunities that can be passed onto the New Business team. 

The role will also involve portfolio management of scheme business. As a Senior Account Executive, you will also be guiding and mentoring Internal Brokers to help the team grow as one wherever possible.

  • Be responsible for renewal management, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities which focus on client coverage and needs

We're looking for:
  • An Account Executive with a can do attitude ready to take the next step in their career to a Senior Account Manager
  • Tier 1 Broking Qualification - mandatory
  • Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) - Preferred
