Trident Insurance Group are looking for a bright, professional individual to join our expanding team as an Account Executive, who will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of SME clients, whilst also assisting the corporate division.
We are a dynamic Insurance Brokerage located in Mount Hawthorn, who have been providing our clients' bespoke risk management plans and professional advice for over 27 years.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and other insurance professionals;
- Resolving client enquiries effectively and acting as a key point of contact.
- Dealing with all aspects of client management, from minor requests through to Renewal negotiations;
- Debtor management; and
- Identification and development of new business opportunities by cross-marketing and keeping up to date with changes in the market place.
The successful applicant will ideally have the following traits and/or experience:
- Minimum 1 years experience in insurance industry, preferably in a similar role;
- RG146 Tier 1 compliant;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Competency in technology and systems, in particular Word processing, Excel and preferably the Winbeat Broking system;
- The capacity to work in a busy environment and the ability to meet objectives and targets;
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels; and
- The ability to work in high pressure situations.
