Due to incremental growth within our business we’re seeking our next go-getter to join the team and stake their ‘claim’ on this role as Claims Processor. This role is a full-time position and available for an immediate start in either Townsville or Sunshine Coast.

The Role:

As our insurance Claims Processor, you will demonstrate a tenacious, personable, and engaging approach to your daily work, and serve as a critical contact point for our highly valued clients. Day-to-day you will deal with claims across a broad range of industries to service our clients. Amongst your skillset is strong written and verbal communications, basic to intermediate capability across the MS Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook, which are required for you to be competent in this role.

 

Whilst preferred, Insurance Claims experience is not essential.

 

To support your career with us, we will guide and develop your claims skills with ongoing training across all aspects of the claims process; from lodgement through to settlement, and through regular liaison with clients and underwriters, you will learn valuable insurance knowledge and client service competencies.
