About the Role
This is a Broking role, based in our Perth Office. You will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, varying in profile size and complexity
- Becoming a trusted advisor to your clients through a personal approach of broking
- Working closely with clients to identify insurable risks and develop strategies to optimise insurance coverage
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our industry partners and underwriters
- Performing within our compliance and quality assurance framework
Experience & Qualifications
You will have relevant experience as a Broker in the Australian insurance market, with generalist product knowledge. You will have a minimum qualification of Tier 1 Insurance Broking.
We are particularly focused on the following:
- Strong customer service skills
- Business acumen and financial analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
- Competency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of ibais, is desirable
