We are looking for an entry-level graduate who has recently graduated University and wants to pursue a career in insurance.

Position Overviews:

The main duties will include but not be limited to:

• Processing of Wage Declaration, New Business, Quotes, Endorsements and Renewals
• Preparing documentation, questionnaires, quote slips, invoices, certificates of currency etc
• Developing strong relationships with Clients, Underwriters and other key stakeholders
• Proficient at using Word, Excel and PowerPoint to assist Senior brokers in their roles

We are looking for Graduates who:

• Possess high level communication skills, enjoy building relationships, are motivated, flexible, resilient and able to work collaboratively within diverse teams
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Are Tertiary Qualified, and hold either:
  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Bachelor of Laws
  • Bachelor of Engineering
• Graduated in either 2021 or 2022 and obtained a Weighted Course Average of at least 60%
• Are inquisitive and want to learn about the fundamentals of business from the ground up

Please note: As this is an entry-level role, you are not required to hold insurance qualifications. SRG will assist you to obtain the appropriate industry qualifications within your first 12 months.
