Insurance Broker Needed. We are a young energetic and driven team on a mission to challenge the status quo of traditional insurance broking by leveraging technology, innovation, and new ideas.

About this role
Assess clients' insurance needs, identify potential risks, and develop tailored insurance strategies whilst providing excellent customer service to our new clients.
  • No cold calling, all leads provided in various insurance products including but not limited to commercial motor, residential/commercial property, landlord, business liability, and plant/machinery
  • With full support from our administration and claims team, you can focus on what you’re good at (selling)
  • You must develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, product developments, and underwriting procedures, keeping compliance front of mind at all times

About you
You are a highly motivated professional, an effective communicator who is driven by success and you’re looking to step up to a new challenge in one of Australia’s top brokerages.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience, or if you don't, you have relevant experience with transferable skills and a good understanding of general insurance
  • You are fast-paced, and love a challenge, and exceeding targets is what motivates you
  • Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, you’re self-sufficient and eager to learn, always looking to improve and upskill
