About the role

The General Manager has responsibility for the financial performance and growth of the branch network ($160m GWP / 25,000 customers approx).  You will work closely with the branch managers, and provide support and guidance to help them deliver on their individual strategic objectives.

You will also work closely with major shareholder, AUB Group, to support growth through acquisition.

This role would suit a well-regarded and well-networked insurance industry professional, with strong leadership capabilities, and an unwavering commitment to deliver a positive culture to the employees as well as the delivery of structured ongoing professional development / succession planning.

The role is based out of their head office in Geelong, so would ideally suit an individual based in / around the region.  However, individuals that could comfortably commute to Geelong 3 days a week would also be strongly considered.
