Omnisure are seeking to appoint a skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic Office Manager on a Part-time / Full-time (Applicant dependent) basis to provide all-round administration, Human resources, Compliance and accounting support to the business.

Located at our new Sydney CBD office, You will be responsible for the general management of the office, ensuring operational efficiency and the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.

Reporting to the Directors your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable process (Including - receipts, reconciliation, underwriter payments, refunds, payment queries & debtor management etc...)
  • Providing HR support including on-boarding new employees, drafting employment contracts and general HR admin duties.
  • Administration & execution of marketing strategy.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the maintenance, development & implementation of software / technology (Brokerage management systems, technology health check, document management, CRM etc...)
  • Administrative preparation of sales budgets and KPI reporting for management.
  • Internal & External compliance preparation / reporting (APRA, ASIC, NIBA, AFCA etc..)
  • Coordinating and managing the office premises and facilities.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between the business and external suppliers (IT, Phone systems etc...)
  • Developing and reviewsing policies, procedures, documents and compliance procedures.
  • Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Providing general admin support to the business as required (office supplies, Functions, Invoicing and Admin overflow)

  • IT savvy with proficiency in a range of software programs (Particularly MS office etc...)
