🔷Position Requirements: (not exclusive)

- Full Time (Mon-Fri)
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to follow direction
- Able to maintain STRICT confidentiality
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner
- Competent computer skills (basic office programs including social media)
- Completion of Compliance training ongoing (paid)
- Comply to all internal/external procedures and policies
- Able to turn personal mobile phones off during paid working hours (work phone supplied)

🔷Why attendance in the office is required:

- Applicant will be the face of the business
- Training requirements (for unqualified applicant)
- Manager will not be in the office full time (after initial training completed)
- Clients need to be able to see a “real person”
- Flexibility to work at home upon agreement for an already experienced/qualified applicant

🔷Things to keep in mind:

- Absolutely NO insurance experience is required
- This is a professional/corporate role
- Above award wages paid with incentives
- Work phone supplied and paid
- This is a long term stable career
- This is NOT “just a job or just an admin role”
- Commitment is a MUST
- COVID does NOT restrict working hours
