This role represents an exciting opportunity to work side-by-side with the Managing Director on a largely SME client base.

The position is responsible for managing an existing book of SME clients, plus assisting the team with new business enquiries. Key accountabilities include providing service to existing clients through activities such as renewals, retention activities, preparation of slips and presentations, Winbeat processing, debtor management, responding to enquiries from existing and potential new clients, all aspects of general broking and claims handling. 

Our office is based in The Rocks, Sydney, in a fun and dynamic co-working space with potential for interactions with other small businesses and attendance at industry conferences and functions.

  • Be well organised and work in a structured manner

  • Ability to grow with the company
  • Experience in dealing with Insurance Industry Underwriters and be familiar with their products in all classes of General insurance.
  • Be Tier 1 compliant or hold a Diploma of Insurance Broking
