As we continue to grow our business we are looking for other inspired individuals to join us on our journey. The role revolves around providing general support within the business to the branch manager and broking staff.

Working in an Insurance Broking business requires great attention to detail, accuracy and well rounded communication skills. Our newest team member will have the right attitude and motivations to further develop their skills and knowledge over time. 

About the role:
  • Work with clients to support their insurance needs.
  • Assist with renewal and new business processes, arrange certificates and other ad hoc duties as directed.
  • Provide day to day administration duties including debtor management.
  • Liaise with underwriters and industry stakeholders to build strong relationships.

About you:
This role will suit someone who works well under pressure, is a self-starter and is highly client service focused. Suitable people will have:
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably with Winbeat knowledge. 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task. 
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to challenges.
