As we continue to grow our business we are looking for other inspired individuals to join us on our journey. This role involves general insurance broking on an existing book of business as well as assisting the team with new business development.

McLardy McShane Insurance Brokers are an award-winning Insurance Broking business forming part of the wider McLardy McShane Group.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Contributing to new business growth and client retention by assisting team with renewal and new business activities including Winbeat processing
  • Orchestrating pre-renewal process
  • Preparing of quotes, submissions and presentations
  • Creating and maintaining effective work methods for renewals
  • Management of debtors
  • Administration of compliance requirements 
  • Portfolio management of a small book of clients
  • Responding to client queries
  • Issuing insurance documentation in line with statutory and business requirements
  • Other tasks as delegated by the Branch Manager
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, Underwriters and other insurance industry professionals
