About the Role:

You will enjoy a fast-paced role supporting a significant portfolio of trade-related clients. This will include but is not limited to:

• All aspects of client servicing including quoting, placing, claims management, client database management, and insurer liaison

• Answer client queries relating to small business insurance policies

• Provide high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects

• Build and manage relationships with clients and insurers

About You:

• Previous insurance broking experience

• Tier 1 Qualification or willingness to complete this if Tier 2 

• Comfortable with various technology and insurance software

• Strong customer service and client relationship management

• Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture

• A willingness to learn and be flexible in a growing and innovative environment
