We are looking for a client and team focussed Account Executive to join our NSW SME team. This role can be based in our Newcastle or Forest Lodge office, with the option of two days a week remote working under our hybrid working model.

About the role

Reporting to the SME Team Leader and supported by a team Assistant Account Executive, you will manage an allocated portfolio of SME building and construction clients, including
Renewals,
Endorsements,
Claims management,
Relationship development (clients, insurers, colleagues and stakeholders)
Account growth and new business (warm / inbound leads).
Attending industry events.

About you

Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills,
Tier 1 (Broking) compliance,
Enthusiastic and focussed on delivering outstanding service to clients,
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn,
Demonstrated working knowledge of insurance broking (essential) and construction insurance (a bonus!).
