We are looking for a client and team focused Account Executive to join our Victorian SME team. This role is based in our East Melbourne office, with the option of two days a week remote working under our flexible working arrangements.
- Renewals,
- Endorsements,
- Claims management,
- Relationship development (clients, insurers, colleagues and stakeholders)
- Account growth and new business (warm / inbound leads).
- Representing MBIB at industry events.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills,
- Tier 1 (Broking) compliance,
- Enthusiastic and focussed on delivering outstanding service to clients,
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn,
- Demonstrated working knowledge of insurance broking (essential) and construction insurance (a bonus!).
