If you are looking to kick start your career in an administration-focused support broker position with the guidance, knowledge and training of an approachable and welcoming team, then this role is for you!

Kona & Co. are exclusively assisting this collaborative, privately owned broker in their search for a new processor/ broker administrator. 

 

Your primary responsibilities will be to assist one broker on the management & servicing of their clients through providing key admin support.

 

Your tasks will include:
  • Processing of all new business quotes, renewals, endorsements & cancellations through broker and insurer platforms
  • Attending to client queries and referring up to the broker when necessary
  • Revising new business queries and following up with prospective clients when necessary to secure additional information
  • Developing & maintaining key relationships with clients & underwriting partners 
  • Preparing client documentation and invoices
  • Letter generation and proof reading

 

The successful candidate will have:
  • 12 months+ experience in administration (any industry)
  • 12 months experience within insurance is desired, not essential 
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation & task management skills 
  • Demonstrated communication skills
  • High level of integrity & pride in your work 
  • A willingness to undergo industry qualifications when necessary 
  • A team player attitude
