Key ResponsibilitiesManage an interesting portfolio across SME clients.Support team members in a fast-paced environment, primarily tackling commercial leads. Working with the team on tender accounts across varied industry solutions Design and communicate appropriate risk transfer solutions. Achieve client service, retention, and revenue growth targets.Develop new business opportunities through existing client base, acquisition pipeline, and actively seeking new clients. Manage administrative responsibilities by producing accurate, efficient, and timely policy and related documentation. Analyse claims data, produce reports, and assist with claims management and negotiations. Provide a high level of client service by responding to day-to-day client queries and keeping clients informed of emerging trends and new products. Provide mentoring and coaching to junior staff members.

The Successful Candidate Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, preferably in a senior role.Strong understanding of insurance products and services, particularly in the Commercial SME sector.Tier 1 Broking qualification Winbeat and Sunrise processing experienceExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Highly driven and self-motivated to capitalise on opportunities for the company. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance industry software.A proactive attitude and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
