We are seeking an experienced Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team.

Position Overviews:
You would be a knowledgeable person within this team and provide first class Broking support to Account Directors and Management utilizing your skills and experience.
The position will report direct to the Account Director.
The successful applicant duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Policy administration including invoicing via our Winbeat Broking system
- Claims Management
- Liaising with Clients, Underwriters, Account Managers
- Providing technical broking support .
- Maintain records and provide excellent service to our client base
- Processing and document issuance of new business, renewals, cancellations and endorsements ensuring all interactions are performed in an efficient & effective manner adhering to the required processes for each transaction type, negotiating and reviewsing renewal terms from underwriters.
- Processing and Follow up of Wage Declarations.
- Respond to enquiries/requests from the brokers within agreed service standards.
- Ensure reporting spreadsheets are up to date in particular the claim status reports & debtors as and when required.

The successful applicant must have;
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the insurance broking industry
- Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) preferred
- Self-motivated and capable of working unsupervised
- Genuine team player
- Client focused, organized and exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and insurer online platforms
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
This position is a permanent full-time role Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.00pm
