KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Front Receptionist Role 
  • Day to day administration support
  • Assist Brokers in administrative duties
  • Accurate data entry
  • Client follow-ups

THE CANDIDATE
  • Preferred experience in an administration envirnoment, but not essential - on job training for the right candidate
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills 
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
