We are an established, highly regarded brokerage with offices in multiple cities. We are seeking an extremely motivated broker, looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive environment to join our Toowoomba office. Salary and conditions of the role will be negotiated for the right applicant.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping service a portfolio of insurance clients
  • Being competent in quoting domestic and commercial insurance including upselling and cross selling where required
  • Claims handling
  • Debtors handling

 

You will be required to have

  • No less than 2 years commercial broking and/or underwriting experience
  • Tier 1 qualifications are required at a minimum
  • Impeccable telephone manner
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel
  • Knowledge of Winbeat, Sunrise and Organise It would be helpful but not essential
  • Be able to effectively prioritise your workload and have excellent time management skills
