This is your opportunity to join a broking network with over 100 ARs worth over $100 Mil. Based in Melbourne CBD, you’ll work in a small team onsite and remotely assist a large network of Insurance brokers.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring brokers are compliant
- Managing recruitment induction and development of staff
- Working on continuous system and operational improvements
- Auditing
- Drafting letters to insurers
- Managing the back office operational function
- Ensuring brokers are up-to-date with government compliance changes
- Facilitating and delivering training
Your experience:
- Previous experience working in a brokerage
- Knowledge of AFCA and ASIC compliance and regulation
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial insurance including financial lines
- The ability to manage a finance and back office support team
- The ability to improve processes
- Experience dealing with claims
