This is your opportunity to join a broking network with over 100 ARs worth over $100 Mil. Based in Melbourne CBD, you’ll work in a small team onsite and remotely assist a large network of Insurance brokers.

Duties will include: 
  • Ensuring brokers are compliant 
  • Managing recruitment induction and development of staff 
  • Working on continuous system and operational improvements 
  • Auditing 
  • Drafting letters to insurers 
  • Managing the back office operational function 
  • Ensuring brokers are up-to-date with government compliance changes 
  • Facilitating and delivering training 


Your experience: 
  • Previous experience working in a brokerage 
  • Knowledge of AFCA and ASIC compliance and regulation 
  • Knowledge of corporate and commercial insurance including financial lines 
  • The ability to manage a finance and back office support team 
  • The ability to improve processes 
  • Experience dealing with claims
