Primarily your overall responsibility will be to manage a complex and varied portfolio of commercial insurance programs and to contribute towards achieving objectives by utilising your experience and acumen

Key responsibilities include:  

• Service and maintain a $650k commercial portfolio 
• Drive and implement retention and new business strategies  
• Contribute to overall business objectives and knowledge transfer  
• Coaching and mentorship of colleagues 
• Foster and develop external relationships with community 

To be considered you will have:

• Demonstrated experience as an autonomous and senior broker  
• Confidently service a diverse portfolio
• Technical aptitude across all commercial product lines 
• The drive to prospect and form new business relationships 
• Willingness to share expertise and contribute to company wide initiatives
