Primarily your overall responsibility will be to manage a complex and varied portfolio of commercial insurance programs and to contribute towards achieving objectives by utilising your experience and acumen
Key responsibilities include:
- Service and maintain a $650k commercial portfolio
- Drive and implement retention and new business strategies
- Contribute to overall business objectives and knowledge transfer
- Coaching and mentorship of colleagues
- Foster and develop external relationships with community
To be considered you will have:
- Demonstrated experience as an autonomous and senior broker
- Confidently service a complex portfolio
- Technical aptitude across all commercial product lines
- The drive to prospect and form new business relationships
- Willingness to share expertise and contribute to company wide initiatives
