The Role:

• Running a portfolio of$2 mil spread across the team - SME to Corporate clients 
• 3-4 direct reports - SAE and 2xAE
• Mentor and lead by example
• Join and foster a culture where staff love what they do
• Coach staff 
• Develop and maintain client and underwriter relationships
• Expand into a leadership role where you will become the Head of Commercial

Your Experience:

• Previous experience managing a portfolio of commercial - mid market/corporate business
• Pre-existing underwriter relationships
• The ability to lead by example
• Experience mentoring and coaching staff
• The drive to motivate staff
• Strong negotiating skills
