The role:

• Manage a portfolio of $3 Mil supported by an Senior AE and 2x AE
• Mentor and manage staff
• Coaching
• The ability to upskill and become Head of Commercial
• Strong knowledge of the SME - mid market space
• Strong commercial product knowledge
• The ability to lead by example
• Good relationships with underwriter

Your experience:

• Experience running a profitable portfolio
• Market facing
• Leadership skills
• Mentoring skills
• Negotiating experience with underwriters and clients
• The ability to step in a manage escalations
• Tier 1 qualifications
