We are seeking a Broker with significant experience who understands the changing landscape of our industry, is motivated for positive change, enthusiastic about looking after a team and is focused in delivering exceptional and prompt service to clients and insurers.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Account Executive with management skills to join Ausure’s dynamic team in Hobart. The role presents an excellent opportunity to further your career where you will be responsible for the overall running of our Tasmanian operation.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and grow an insurance portfolio in a professional and profitable manner, through both management and broking activities
- Assist the team with running the book in line with our client service proposition, which is to offer professional advice and service to our clients
- Assist in achieving the required KPI’s of the business, including (but not limited to) Growth, Profitability, Net Promoter Score, Quality Assurance Reviewss, Development of staff & Ausure Values
- Drive the use of our CRM for improved performance and efficiency
- Supporting Senior Brokers and Client Service Brokers
The ideal candidate will have:
- Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) – preferred. Minimum – Tier 1 (Insurance Broking)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including relationship management
- A commitment to exceptional client service and quality advice
- A team player who naturally maintains solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers and other relevant stakeholders
