We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims Management Specialist to join our team based in our Market Street office. With bright and airy offices, funky chill out area, and amazing views, we are centrally located adjacent to the QVB and a short stroll from a number of City Train Stations and Bus Interchange.

About the Role:
The Claims Management Specialist is accountable for providing professional claims handling service to clients to achieve the best possible outcomes and claims experience for the client. In this role, you will support the Client Service teams in enhancing the client relationship through exceptional claims handling service.  
The Claims Management Specialist is a key role and essential in promoting and supporting a sustainable high performance culture while collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Previous experience in General Insurance products is essential. Technology platforms CBS and Sunrise experience is highly desirable.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Sound Claims experience in a General Insurance Broking environment
  • Tier 1 qualification is desireable
  • CBS experience would be highly regarded
  • Outstanding customer focus and approach to business is a must
  • Excellent communication and sound interpersonal skills goes without saying
  • Strong administration skills, Microsoft Office
