We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Finance Team for a Finance Administrator (a national position) who will support multiple branches across the Gallagher broking business and be responsible for all financial activities, which occur within our E-Global system

About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Finance Team for a Finance Administrator (a national position) who will support multiple branches across the Gallagher broking business and be responsible for all financial activities, which occur within our E-Global system

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and foreign currency 
  • Allocation of credit and debit invoices 
  • Processing the administration and approval step of client refunds 
  • Weekly processing of underwriter payments.
  • Monthly processing of Subagent payments.
  • Training established Team on use of E-Global

 

About You

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of accounts administration  
  • Experience and understanding of E-Global is mandatory
  • High attention to detail and levels of accuracy  
  • Excellent time management  
  • Strong team player with willingness to support others  
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Previous Training experience highly desirable
