MVP Risk & Insurance Solutions is looking for the next rising insurance star to provide client management in the insurance broking sector.

The Opportunity
This role sits within our client management team, which ensures our clients receive high quality service and information.
 
Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!
  • Managing an industry specific portfolio
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships 
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
 
About You
This role will suit someone who is passionate about insurance, thrives in a fast-paced environment has superior client service skills and is comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
 
Additionally, you will relate to the following:
  • Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)
  • Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
  • Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to achieve this qualification upon commencement
  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
