The Opportunity:

Our Small Business Retention Team adds value to each and every one of our small business clients.

Through the renewing and servicing solutions that we provide our clients offering easier engagement methods in transacting with Aon for their Business Insurance needs.

Our Business Insurance Consultants ensure the retention of existing small business Aon clients and deliver on cross sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Being a great partner and retention of existing small business clients, handling their insurance / risk needs
  • Ensuring all client needs are identified and met by taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of service delivery and account retention
  • Building strong rapport with each contact through listening to their needs and wants, cross selling appropriate policies where possible, and providing suitable education on Aon’s products and services applicable
  • Negotiating with Insurers and clients on risks outside of underwriting guidelines
  • Understanding client financials and responsible for Credit control of all their client invoicing i.e. debt management, payment enquiries and settlements
  • Understanding, and following regulated processes and systems

 

About you:
  • Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualifications (desirable), enrolment into Tier 1 will be arranged on commencement
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Possess a zest for learning and ability to make sense of information and learn systems and technologies at speed.
  • Sales mentality and ability to make a connection with clients (Sales)
  • Strong experiences using software programs, such as MS (Outlook) and any CRM
  • Analyze information and data, to find opportunities and prioritize
