We’re looking for passionate and talented insurance professionals who understand that insurance broking is more than just placing policies, but rather partnering with clients as a trusted business partner to provide real value.
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of SME clients whilst partnering with Senior Account Executives on larger complex accounts
- Deliver an excellent client experience for existing and new clients
- Provide value, tailored advice, risk management solutions and claims services to clients across various industries
- Build and nurture trusting and lasting relationships with clients, insurers and other key business partners
- Help identify and convert new business opportunities
- All aspects of general portfolio management with the assistance of our amazing Insurance Administration Team and Claims Relationship Manager
- Have a passion for customer service and client relationship management
- A willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative and the ability to be flexible in a rapidly growing organisation
- A great work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- 3+ years’ experience in the Insurance Industry (preferably in broking however underwriting will also be considered), with a broad knowledge of general insurance products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Tier 1 Qualification in Insurance Broking is essential and pathways to completing your Diploma will be implemented
