We’re looking for a customer service superstar to join our dynamic and dedicated team!

Assistant Account Executives are the backbone of our team and play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best service and advice possible. By working closely with our Account Executives/Advisers, you will help deliver an excellent overall client experience, develop relationships and manage all aspects of portfolio administration.

As insurance advisers, our job is to represent the client, understand their business, identify risks and help them put tools and programs in place to protect their assets, largely through the placement and management of insurance policies via our insurer partners. THE ROLE
  • Develop your insurance knowledge by assisting Account Executives with clients of all sizes across a very varied range of industries
  • Build relationships with clients, insurers and other key business partners
  • Portfolio Administration: Assist the Account Executives with the daily administration of policies and portfolios including new business, renewals and endorsements. This includes quoting policies with our various insurer partners, acting on client instructions, processing/invoicing, checking policy documentation, liaising with stakeholders and filing/electronic document management. 
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and submissions
  • Assist with quoting and converting new business opportunities
  • Organise and attend client meetings
  • Debtor management
  • Assist with answering phones and responding to general client queries
  • Help deliver an excellent client experience for our existing and new clients
  • Receive ongoing mentoring and support from our very experienced team
  • Ongoing opportunities for growth and development to an Internal Account Executive Role where you will be able to manage your own portfolio of clients if desired
 
ABOUT YOU
  • Have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and client relationship management
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail – this role relies heavily on being organised and having your admin up to date
  • Demonstrates initiatives and a willingness to learn
  • Has the ability to be flexible in a rapidly growing organisation
  • Previous insurance industry experience is preferred, but absolutely not essential 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A sound level of IT proficiency, including the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word etc.)
  • A great work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
