THE ROLES

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ROLES

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
• Expand your knowledge by assisting Partners/Senior Account Executives with larger, complex accounts
• Provide technical advice, risk management solutions and claims service to clients across various industries
• Establish and manage relationships with key referrers

ASSISTANT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Develop your insurance knowledge by assisting Account Executives with clients of all sizes across various industries
• Portfolio administration including quoting, processing, debtors etc.
• Build relationships with clients, insurers and other key business partners

CLAIMS MANAGER / CLAIMS OFFICER

• Oversee the administration of all claims, including lodgement and follow ups
• Work closely with the Account Executives to achieve the best outcomes for the client
• Liaise with Account Executives, Clients, Insurers and other third parties as required
• Develop your insurance knowledge by working on a large range of policy/claim types

ABOUT YOU

• Must have recent experience in a general insurance broking, underwriting or claims role. 
• Have a passion for customer service and client relationship management
• A willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative and the ability to be flexible in a rapidly growing organisation
