ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ROLES
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
- Expand your knowledge by assisting Partners/Senior Account Executives with larger, complex accounts
- Provide technical advice, risk management solutions and claims service to clients across various industries
- Establish and manage relationships with key referrers
ASSISTANT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
- Develop your insurance knowledge by assisting Account Executives with clients of all sizes across various industries
- Portfolio administration including quoting, processing, debtors etc.
- Build relationships with clients, insurers and other key business partners
CLAIMS MANAGER / CLAIMS OFFICER
- Oversee the administration of all claims, including lodgement and follow ups
- Work closely with the Account Executives to achieve the best outcomes for the client
- Liaise with Account Executives, Clients, Insurers and other third parties as required
- Develop your insurance knowledge by working on a large range of policy/claim types
- Must have recent experience in a general insurance broking, underwriting or claims role.
- Have a passion for customer service and client relationship management
- A willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative and the ability to be flexible in a rapidly growing organisation
