Adroit Insurance & Risk are looking for an Assistant Risk Adviser to join their dynamic team.

About the role
Collaborating closely with our team of Professional Qualified Brokers, you will assist in the management and servicing of an existing portfolio of clients. Through administrative assistance and customer service you will make a significant contribution to our client and business relationships.
Duties
- Complete customer sales enquiries and preparation of quotes
- Process all transactions
- Provide customer service (telephone, email, fax, mail) to various stakeholders
- Maintain professional relationships for the provision of financial services to clients
- Provide necessary claims assistance and services to ensure client satisfaction
- Accurate file management meeting compliance requirements
Desired skills, experience & qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role in a General Insurance/Broking preferred
- Technical proficiency in policy coverage and review
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Competency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook with CBS an advantage
- Insurance Qualification would be advantageous but not a pre-requisite
