Adroit Insurance & Risk are looking for a Senior Adviser Support to join their dynamic team!

About the role
Collaborating closely with our team of Professional Qualified Brokers, you will assist in the management and servicing of an existing portfolio of clients. Through administrative assistance and customer service you will make a significant contribution to maintaining our client and business relationships. The role also provides mentoring, training and guidance to the Internal Adviser team where required.
Duties
- Prepare invoices for new or renewal insurance programs for a client
- Provide administrative support to Risk Adviser as required
- Provide customer service (telephone, email, fax, mail) to various stakeholders
- Maintain professional relationships for the provision of financial services to clients
- Provide necessary claims assistance and services to ensure client satisfaction
- Accurate file management meeting compliance requirements
- Mentor internal advisers
Desired skills, experience & qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in General Insurance/Broking
- Technical proficiency in policy coverage and review
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
- Competency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Working knowledge of CBS/CBS Web
- Tier 1 Insurance Qualification desired. Tier 2 Insurance Qualification minimum.
