ADK Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, team-oriented Assistant Account Manager

 

THE POSITION:

  • Work with a Senior Account Manager and other Assistant Account Managers
  • Liaise, negotiate and develop relationships with clients, underwriters, referral partners and colleagues;
  • Prepare and present renewal/new business presentation folders for clients;
  • Assist clients and underwriters with their enquiries;
  • Processing of new business, renewals, endorsements, and all other processing as required.
  • Assist Senior Account Manager with domestic and commercial quoting and have a good knowledge of all quoting platforms.

 

POSITION APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS:

  • Tier 1 General Insurance Broking qualifications (mandatory minimum requirements);
  • 3 years Domestic and Commercial Insurance experience;(mandatory minimum requirement)
  • Outstanding time management, organisational and planning skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Commercial and Domestic Insurance product knowledge and experience in both broking and claims;
  • Ability to interpret policy wordings, provide policy coverage advice and make comparisons between insurance products;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of OfficeTech, Winbeat and Sunrise would be an advantage.
  • Be driven, committed, enthusiastic and pro-active in progressing your knowledge skills and career development;
  • A commitment to excellence in Customer Service delivery; and
  • Team player qualities working towards a common goal.
