Our NFP organisation needs 5-6 different policies every year. James provides a number of quotes for each cover with all pros and cons clearly stated, last year' $$ vs the recommended renewal $$, potential benefits and hidden costs - everything is summarised, easy and simple, without all that insurance blurb and jargon. It saves me so much time! I have met James in late 2019. At the time I was dealing with Lisa Lzydorski from Bresland Insurance group, who was a total nightmare! She decided to change our classification code for Work Comp cover and after endless reminders about the renewal deadline she presented a proposal for 7 (!!!) times more money than we used to pay. As a cherry on the top - she presented her proposal just 6 days before the renewal was due, knowing very well that it would be very hard for us to get anything else. 7 times increase in costs for a small not for profit with a shoe-string budget!!!!. I contacted James out of desperation, having very little hope he could organise alternative replacement covers in such short time. But James did miracles! Not only he managed to do everything on time, he later fought endless battles on our behalf with underwriters, because vengeful Lzydorski went out of her way to contact every one of them demanding to increase our fees!
