Over 4 years in the insurance, claims management, consulting, client services, and sales industry. I specialise in HBCF/Home Warranty Insurance for homeowners. Which provides a safety net for them in the event they are placed in an unfortunate position where a builder cannot fulfil their contractual obligations. I come from a claims management background and now working within the Home Warranty certificate and eligibility side of it. It’s been a challenging journey however it has been more rewarding than anything else from a career perspective.
